Massaged Broccoli Rabe Salad

1 Review for Massaged Broccoli Rabe Salad

This is one of our favorite ways to use fresh broccoli rabe. The parmesan is a calming element, and balances well with the strong tastes of the rabe and garlic.

Really yummy; pungent and garlicky for those who like a kick in their flavors.

Megpond16 you so right,I like

Megpond16 you so right,I like to add that when is about salad we like fresh raw greens, not sauté...when the leaves are not crispy anymore and this recipe it's so perfect to replace the every day mesclun mixed salad. In my case being sensitive to brocoli (gas) I like a lot this version and the fact that it's raw is a plus.Love it ....I will say 10 stars for this recipe...bravo,bravo
