I reduced the amount of cheese sauce at the pouring in stage, and added an extra egg to the hash browns, I was concerned it was going to be too soupy, and the crust not crusty enough. I guess an extra egg white would work too.
Roasting the Broccoli is a genius step! This dish lasted 24 hours. Everyone wanted leftovers for lunch the next day... I can see where tweaks of your own can really make this dish a family favorite for years to come..
