The EatingWell Diet (2007)

Your rating: None Average: 4.2 (6 votes)

With pancakes, raspberry jam and ham you get a little bit of sweet and savory in your breakfast. The slices of ham add lean protein to keep you satisfied.

READER'S COMMENT:
"It sounds like a great quick breakfast. I think it would be great also with link sausages in place of the ham and maybe apple jelly in place of raspberry jam. "
