I would like this every once in a while. I don't like dairy, especially yogurt, so I would use the cottage cheese. The wheat germ gives it some texure.

I keep wheat germ in my freezer and use it regularly, but have never toasted it. Is that another step?

Love it - the perfect quick breakfast. The toasted wheat germ complements the yogurt well.
