This is light enough to use as an afternoon snack.
It's amazingly delicious and it is superb for when you are on the run! I liked to use peaches, which go beautifully with fruity yoghurt!
It's no problem, you can mix dairy and citrus if you it eat right after preparation. I've done that many times. If you let it sit for some time after mixing the two together, the citrus will turn the dairy sour/bitter.
I always heard that you don't mix whole grain with citrus, or dairy and citrus. What do you think?
