I use a lot this as an evening snack. I use less cottage cheese to stay under 150cals. It is a great tasty treat.

I would like this every once in a while. I don't like dairy, especially yogurt, so I would use the cottage cheese. The wheat germ gives it some texure.
I keep wheat germ in my freezer and use it regularly, but have never toasted it. Is that another step?
