Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Preparation

  1. Whisk together brown sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a simmer, stirring, over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 1 minute.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in pecans, bourbon and butter. Serve warm over frozen yogurt.
