I had to rate this

I never rate anything, really this is my first review. But I had to give this 5 stars. I was nervous about having a cabbage juice but was pleasantly surprised! This also yielded a large amount of juice (3 pints when doubled). And due to its beautiful color my kids even asked to try it!

High yield
not bad... and not a huge cabbage fan!

First off, I doubled the recipe which said it would yield 16 ounces. I Doubled it and got 32 ounces! Good bang for the buck! As I said, I'm not a huge fan of cabbage and I could have tweaked the recipe a bit, but wanted to try it as written. Next time I think I'll add more blueberries and maybe another apple and reduce the cabbage some. If you don't mind cabbage, you'll like it!
