Regular yogurt will contain carbs, and low fat will contain more. This might be fine if your goal is low fat, but if you are restricting carbs, this is a poor choice.
17.2 Carbs in 1 cup of yogurt, plus honey. A Tablespoon of honey has some 17 carbs. 17.5 carbs in a cup of blueberries.
Do the math, and this recipe includes 12.9+5.6+35.6=54.1 net carbs. I removed the fiber already. Four servings, so will have 13.525 grams of carbs.
This is not low carb, sorry.

Still me: If you want this,
Still me:
If you want this, and want it to be lower in carbs, use plain greek yogurt, add only a small amount of honey, plus lemon zest. Use strawberries, at 11.4 carbs per cup, and it becomes somewhat reasonable, but still a treat.
New totals: 1 cup greek yogurt (Greek Gods plain) 10 carbs.
2 Cups strawberries: 22.4 carbs
1 tsp honey: 5.6 carbs
Total: 38.06, per serving 9.516
It will not be as sweet, but those strawberries have plenty of sugar, already. This is low carb, and likely tasty.
