This is a great recipe for green beans. I cooked the beans longer as we prefer our beans not so crisp.
I have made this dish numerous times and we are not tired of it all. The sharpness of the cheese is so perfect with the toasted walnuts. Delightful!!
The fresh beans retained a bit of their firmness, and mixed with the soft, tasty Bleu cheese and crunchy toasted walnuts...it's the perfect blend to satisfy! Delicious.
