I used frozen green beans in a steamer bag and steamed them two minutes less than directed. After draining the beans I heated them in a sauce pan on the stove. I added the cheese to the beans in the pan so it melted. I will definitely be making these for guests. They are really good!

I give these 5 stars for taste and 4 stars for the recipe. It took quite a bit longer to cook the green beans than what was described. But once they were done, they were delicious!

So simple and so wonderful. We prefer to saute the beans in a bit of olive oil. Use a nice creamy blue cheese.
