I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and delicious this recipe was. My kids don't like spicy food, so I used red wine vinegar in the slaw and sweetened it with just a half packet of stevia powder. They loved it! I also used fat free refried beans so I didn't have to mess with pureeing the beans. I did have the jalepenos on the side so I could put them on mine and my husband's. Very simple to make, and really, really delicious! I will make this again, no doubt!
