"AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We had to sprinkle a little salt and drizzle more lime juice on the top. Definitely a keeper. "

Super easy, very tasty and filling!

This was so simple and easy, and yet so delicious! I loved that everything had it's own taste and no seasonings were needed at all. The flavors just mix together so well! This will definitely become a new favorite around my house.

amazingly delicious

this dish was amazing. when i decided to make it i didn't have a food processor readily available but had to borrow one from mom. I was surprised that this called for canned salmon but in the end it was amazing. the flavors combined so well there was no need for salt and pepper. i was shocked when i tasted it that it was so good. the taste of spicy was so subtle. i'm passing this recipe on to everyone i know!

easy to make, fast to make, surprisingly yummy

Creative Combination

This recipe tasted better than I could have imagined. Who knew salmon would pair so well with tortillas and black beans? Instead of using canned salmon, I bought fresh, grilled it, and shred it. I also added a mixture of grilled onions and peppers for additional nutritional value. These were delicious and tasted way better than the greasy restaurant versions.

Super tasty, easy to prepare!

Just made these tonight for the first time, and I have to say, they were wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly, but also added about 2 tablespoon of minced red onion into the salmon mixture and some seasoned rice vinegar to the slaw for tang. Also used a mild garlic and artichoke salsa in the beans. I accidentally bought flour tortillas, but they worked out just fine. Corn tortillas are less calories though, and I will be using them next time I make this recipe. Fabulous!

Wonderful!!

I really don't like fish, but I decided to go with the Salmon since it's pre-cooked and I was too lazy to prepare chicken. I modified it in a few ways:
1. Kidney beans instead of black (cheaper where I live).
2. Saurkraut instead of cabbage/coleslaw (adds a bit of a sour taste).
3. Whole-grain tortillas instead of corn (a bit healthier).
4.Tore up fresh spinach leaves and sprinkled them over the top for a bit of calcium and fresh taste.

Very excellent. I'll definitely make this again, and am looking forward to the leftovers!!

everything! delicious, customizable, fast, easy
