In a hurry? These satisfying quesadillas take just 15 minutes to make. We like them with black beans, but pinto beans work well too. If you like a little heat, be sure to use pepper Jack cheese in the filling. Serve with: A little sour cream and a mixed green salad.

Yummy!!!

This is so quick and easy to make and delicious. Next time I will double the cheese to hold the inside stuff together better.

So simple

I've made this many times ove the past few years. Only takes a few minutes to prepare, but it is very good.

Super easy, super tasty

Love this recipe, it's so simple! My vegetarian girlfriend just loves it. I like to add lime juice and cilantro to spice it up and when I am making it for myself, minced jalapeño. If I have extra avocado I like to throw a little bit inside the quesadilla itself.

Yum!

This was a very simple and delicious recipe that I will definitely make again. The only thing I changed was adding more cheese (like 3X the amount) because that's the only was it is manageable to hold and eat. It's a keeper.

Quick, Easy, and Delicious

This was a great dish! It took me about 10 minutes to make and my entire family, including the nonvegetarians, loved it! The only this i would suggest is adding a little bit more cheese to hold the filling together
