This was an amazing salad, with a wonderfully complex mix of flavors. Even my husband, who isn't always crazy about beets, really loved this salad! I will definitely be making this again.

Pros: beets!

Mmmm, all my favorite things in one salad. I used hazelnuts and gorgonzola instead of pecans and goat cheese - fantastic! The dressing is perfect - made it lower-fat per the reviewer's instructions. I'll be making this again and again.
