Super easy recipe that has a great kick to it! Even using a salsa verde that was lower in Sodium than many of the others I found at the store, it was still a bit on the salty side for my personal tastes. I toned it down with some frozen corn and a chopped tomato. Tasted great. Next time I think I'll try adding some cooked elbow noodles. I may not be able to legitimately call it "chili" after that, but I think that'll better suit the needs of my more "delicate" palate. : )
