I have never commented on any recipe before and this is one of my FAVORITE recipes! My husband really likes it and he actually doesn't care for traditional chili but loves the spices, etc. in this one. It's a keeper and I will continue to make it for years to come!!

Chile Verde, usually a slow-cooked stew of pork, jalapeños and tomatillos, becomes an easy weeknight meal with quick-cooking ground beef and store-bought green salsa. Make it a Meal: Serve with fresh cilantro, red onion and Monterey Jack. Add your favorite hot sauce.

This has become a weekly favorite at our house. Everyone loves it!
Not bad...it was pretty spicy, but that was the goal. I added some cilantro into the mix and ate it with flour tortillas. Best thing is I have enough for the rest of the week! I will probably make this again sometime.
Wow! So good. Since I'm a single gal I kept the amounts of the recipe the same but substituted half a lb of ground turkey, perfect amount to bring lunch to work for a few days. I also added diced tomatoes and a can of gold & white corn. I used Herdez salsa verde, my grocery store didn't carry too many options, but this worked out well. Healthy, delicious and super easy!
I liked this recipe! I added 2 cans of beans, because I only used 1/2 lb. ground meat. Tasted really good!
