This was actually the first time I've ever eaten kale, and both my husband and I thought it was delicious! I was out of red wine vinegar, and I tried a little bit with the sherry but didn't like it, so I used a little balsamic vinegar and thought it was great.





I loved this! I was out of red wine vinegar so I used some balsamic instead, but used half as much as it called for, and it was fabulous.I will definitely make this again.
