Sooooo Good!

very simple recipe and shockingly tasty. I am a greens fan but even my veggie-phobe hubby really liked this.

Love it!

This was actually the first time I've ever eaten kale, and both my husband and I thought it was delicious! I was out of red wine vinegar, and I tried a little bit with the sherry but didn't like it, so I used a little balsamic vinegar and thought it was great.
