After a long week, I was looking for something easy and healthy (but still delicious!) to make for dinner for my husband and I. I grabbed a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and whole wheat tortillas. Everything else I had at home already ( I LOVE when I find recipes with things I usually have in the pantry), so I was able to whip this together quickly. It was soooo good. I put some shredded cheese on the tortillas I pan-warmed for my hubby (what can I say, the man loves cheese and never gains any weight). With or without the cheese though, it was still fabulous! I usually can't make a recipe without adding a bunch of my own ingredients and spices to it, but with this, all I did was add a little cayenne for spice. The rest was perfect!
