Rich, easy, delicious

I have a Mardi Gras dinner tomorrow night with friends and decided to do a trial run for my family tonight - unbelievable! SO EASY! Purchased mini dishes from Ikea. One banana was just under ripe and loved its tartness in contrast to sweet. Also, did not have biscotti on hand, but was excellent without.

Looks fantastic in individualized baking dishes, so simple, great for Mardi Gras celebration,

I just served the bananas tossed with sauce over whole grain pancakes for a special breakfast (minus the baking and biscotti.) It was great! I will try it for dessert next time.
