I LOVED IT! My husband and I both had this for breakfast one morning before spending the afternoon working in the yard. We both noticed a difference in our energy and endurance. This was delicious and will now be a staple in our home :)





If you now add some spinach or romaine lettuce, if you have a strong blender, you will have a green smoothie that will give you total nutritin and healing powers; and you do not taste the greens. This concoction helped heal me of Hyperthyroidism it is that healing.





This was a great smoothie! I didn't add the tofu and it was still great! Every smoothie lover should try this recipe.





Really good! I had never had tofu before so i was kinda iffy on this recipe!! It turned out great and my boyfriend even liked it too!
