Balsamic-Vinegar Spiked Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
  • 1-1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic or red-wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Place strawberries in a bowl and toss with sugar to taste. Sprinkle with vinegar to taste. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
