A sprinkle of Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil transform tomatoes into the perfect side dish. Or try sandwiching them between slices of your favorite whole-wheat country bread.

Tasty-ish

Love Parmesan cheese....love tomatoes....but was disappointed by the combo of flavours. Especially after all the reviews that raved about these. They're a good snack...but definitely not amazing.

Wet but squashed the pizza craving

So I made these today, and they really did alleviate the pizza craving. I didn't think they would, but instead of ordering a whole pizza (for myself, since Hubby wouldn't have any) I had one tomato, sliced out, oil spritzed, basil dashed, topped with FF cheddar shreds and a sprinkle of FF grated Parmesan. I'll reduce the time to 10 or even 5 mins though. 15 didn't stop them from being really wet, and it doesn't take that long to melt cheese.

Easy and low calorie.

Try salting the tomatoes a

Try salting the tomatoes a bit and setting them on paper towels to drain extra liquid then top and bake! :)

So good!

So easy, so good and will accompany just about anything. I used roma tomatoes that I had on hand and sliced them lengthwise.

Quick and easy

OMG!!!

I am SOOO glad I decided to try something new because these are SOOOOO good. They taste like pizza without the bread (and without the carbs!) I will probably make these over and over again! I made these cutting them into slices of three. Four would have made them too thin because they seem to cook down just a tad.

Hint: Put foil on the pan for easy clean up.

tasty, easy, fast,

Not a fan of tomatoes

Made this with my daughter this afternoon. It was done in a flash. We plan to make it again and again. We added minced garlic and two wedges of laughing cow to the cheese---sundried tomatoe The best!

Flavor was out of this world! Quick and easy.
