I quartered them up as well, and used dried herbs. SO EASY to make and sooo healthy!
I loved these tomatoes. They are very easy to make and taste delicious! The only change I made from the recipe was to slice the tomatoes into about four thick slices each (as pictured in the photo) instead of halving them as called for in the recipe.
