Yummy!

Will definitely make again! These little guys are SO YUMMY! SO LOW CAL!!!

Tastes great! Even got my bf who doesn't like cooked tomatoes to like these!

Yummy and Quick!

This recipe was ridiculously easy and quick. We made them on the grill (summer, didn't want to heat up the house), and it did take a bit longer. I think the suggestion for slices would have made it a bit more tender. However, it was very yummy. I would definitely make again!!
