I thought these were very yummy. And tomatoes cooked with olive oil are very good for you. On the down side, they got smokey in the oven which made the smoke alarm go off. lol! I'd make them again.

I made these last night as a side dish and they were awesome!! My whole family loved them and this is coming from a family who HATES tomatoes!! I only tried them because the looked so yummy and I'm glad I did because they are!! :)
