Made this tonight. It was very good! The only change I made was to use red pepper instead of black pepper. I can definitely recommend it. I'll try using cherry tomatoes next time to make it easier to eat. If it works, I have a new go-to party appetizer.

I love these! I'm lucky enough to have home grown tomatoes 75% of the year. I add a little chopped garlic. I have also made these on the grill.
I just wasn't impressed with this....I know people are pinning it like crazy, and let me tell you it's not worth the effort. Sorry, I had high hopes for it.
I used the laughing cow mozzarella, sun dried tomato & basil flavor. It is so good. My new favorite food.
