I love these! I'm lucky enough to have home grown tomatoes 75% of the year. I add a little chopped garlic. I have also made these on the grill.

I just wasn't impressed with this....I know people are pinning it like crazy, and let me tell you it's not worth the effort. Sorry, I had high hopes for it.
I used the laughing cow mozzarella, sun dried tomato & basil flavor. It is so good. My new favorite food.
What is considered a serving?
I thought these were very yummy. And tomatoes cooked with olive oil are very good for you. On the down side, they got smokey in the oven which made the smoke alarm go off. lol! I'd make them again.
