It turned out like I had spend ours yet the prep was simple. It's beautiful to look at and doesnt need anything to go with it except some a nice white wine, perhaps the one you cooked with, and some crusty bread. I doubled the beans, added spinach and skipped a side:) I will make this again
Baked Cod with Chorizo & White Beans
From EatingWell: January/February 2008
This recipe follows the Spanish and Portuguese tradition of pairing mild white fish with full-flavored cured sausage—just a bit gives the whole dish a rich, smoky flavor. Make it a meal: Enjoy with steamed green beans and roasted potatoes tossed with thyme and coarse salt.

I will definitely be making this dish again. I even added a layer of kale on the bottom of the pan then place the fish and bean/tomato/chorizo mixture on top. It was super flavorful and filling!
WOW! A great new combination for us: cod and chorizo. So flavorful that one would have thought it took hours to make. We'll definitely make this one again!
This was an excellent dish! Pulled together easily and baked up nicely. Served it with simple steamed broccoli. Will definitely make again!
I used vegan chorizo you can buy from Trader Joe's - was very nice. I did not have fresh thyme but used dried and it did help with fragrance - the TJ's chorizo is spicy and adding fennel seed or sweet peppers might be another nice addition - very nice meal
