MMMMMMM!!!

I served this with Seared Steaks with Caramelized Onions & Gorgonzola (from this site); the bacon mashed potatoes were GREAT!!! Perfect with steak, onions & gorgonzola! It was just the perfect amount, too! I used uncured De Becca Apple Wood Smoked bacon in the recipe and fat free sour cream. Oooooohhhhhh, so great!!
