I followed the recipe exactly and added little tomatoes but the results were disappointing. Every time I see a recipe that uses the pasta water I should beware. That means no taste. My husband ended up using some Ragu Light sauce to jazz it up. My other guest added more cheese but it was still dry and lacking in oomph.

Just made this, the dish is wonderful. I did make a few changes. I didn't use peppers, zucchini or mint.
After I put the garlic in I added cherry tomatoes and cooked for a minute and then added the wine.
After I mixed everything together I added some kalamata olives. I love the way it came out!!! A++
Very tasty and healthy. I added the olives and tomatoes, omitted the mint, and added a few squeeze of lemon- delish!
