Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce, (recipe follows)
  • 2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chile-garlic paste

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
