I enjoyed this very much...I used roasted garlic from a jar and it had much more flavor if you like garlic. Very filling if you are watching your calories it is a great dish

Blah. No flavor and if I could figure out how to make it taste better I would reduce the amount of chicken broth to make it thicker.

Very bland. I didn't have fresh mint for garnish, so used lemon juice to add a little flavor.
