this cake came out lovely, but i lost all my apples in the bottom of the pan! i used a red silicone pan. still looks good, but sadly apple-less.

This is very delicious and even better the next day. Just don't ignore the height requirement on the cake pan like I did! A standard 1.5" deep pan is not enough.
I am going to try this recipe it really sounds delicious BUT it is too complicated for me.
