Terrible!

There must be something wrong with the recipe. I followed it perfectly, I ended up with a watery dough that was impissible to keep in place, let alone "shape into a log", I even added more flour and nothing. I ended up putting it in the oven as it was and ended up with 2 anise flavored flat cookies.
Threw the whole thing away half through baking and went to Food Network to find another recipe

Aromatic, Satisfying and Delicious.

I was nervous when the dough was so wet and spreading. I thought I left out an ingredient. Once baked, the biscotti was perfect.

Fairly easy to make.
