Top these healthy turkey burgers with kimchi—a fermented mixture of cabbage and other vegetables—which can be found near other refrigerated Asian ingredients or near sauerkraut or pickles in well-stocked supermarkets or natural-foods stores.

Unique but Good

I've never been a big fan of Asian or spicy food, but I really liked this one. It was quick and easy to make and very filling. I reviewed the recipe on my blog at

Very tasty, surprisingly easy, not too spicy

My wife and I were surprised with how easy the recipe was and how tasty it was. We were concerned with how spicy it was going to be, but when it all came together, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that three of the burgers started separating on our griddle. I don't know if that was my error in cooking or if the recipe could use a better binding agent.

Either way, this recipe is a keeper!

Quick and tasty

Unusual, flavorful, quick and easy. If you're tired of the same old turkey burgers with BBQ sauce or ground turkey in chili, this is worth a try. We followed the recipe except for the kimchi and enjoyed it.

Simple but delicious

I like easy recipes with few ingredients that payoff. This one really paid off in taste. I accidentally overcooked the meat, but it was still moist from the paste & sesame oil. This recipe is a keeper.
