Inspired by the classic combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese, this spread is perfect for slathering on a bagel or serving as a dip with bagel chips. This salmon dip recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from Miso-Maple Salmon (see Associated Recipes).

  • 6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¾ cup flaked cooked salmon (see Associated Recipes)

  1. Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Fold in salmon.
