Tomato, Mozzarella, Peach & Prosciutto Caprese Skewers
Preheat grill to high (450 degrees F to 500 degrees F). Place peaches, cut sides down, on oiled grates; grill, uncovered, until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes. Turn peaches over; sprinkle evenly with sugar. Grill, covered, until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate; let cool 5 minutes. Chop into 24 (1-inch) pieces.Advertisement
Thread mozzarella balls, tomatoes, peaches, basil leaves and prosciutto pieces evenly onto 24 (6-inch) skewers. Arrange skewers on a serving platter; drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
