Tequila, Citrus & Raspberry Spritz
Process raspberries in a mini chopper or food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. Strain raspberry puree through a fine mesh strainer; discard solids. Stir together 1/4 cup raspberry puree and grenadine; set aside.Advertisement
Stir together spiked seltzer, orange juice and tequila in a pitcher; divide between 2 (12-ounce) hurricane glasses. Slowly pour 2 tablespoons raspberry mixture into each hurricane glass over seltzer mixture; raspberry mixture should sink to bottom of glass. Garnish each glass with a cherry and orange wedge.
