This quick throw-together relish takes any weeknight dinner to the next level. Try it over chicken or pork. It would also be wonderful on a turkey sandwich.

  • ¼ cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh sage
  • Pinch of salt
