Radishes with Whipped Butter & Sea Salt
Whip butter with a whisk (or in a stand mixer with whip attachment) until light and fluffy. Spoon into a small serving bowl or ramekin and sprinkle with salt. Arrange radishes and baguette slices on a platter, tray or board and serve with the whipped butter.Advertisement
