Grilled Zucchini with Tomato-Mint Relish

Brush both sides of zucchini with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle the cut side with 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Grill, turning once halfway, until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, mint, vinegar, and the remaining 1 teaspoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
Serve the zucchini topped with the tomato-mint relish.
