In this easy lemon dill sauce recipe, a combination of reduced-fat sour cream and mayonnaise is a winner, producing an exceptionally creamy sauce. Chopped dill pickles add an interesting texture as well as an appealing tart flavor, making this the perfect sauce to serve with fish.

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
