Fruit with Cider Sauce
Combine apple cider (or apple juice) and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Gently boil, uncovered, for about 8 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup liquid. Remove from the heat and cool for 10 minutes. Discard the cinnamon stick.Advertisement
Combine pineapple, grapefruit, kiwi, and jicama in a serving bowl. Pour the reduced cider over. Gently stir to combine.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 4 hours before serving.
