Peach & Pound Cake Skewer

Ingredients

    • 2 (1 inch) cubes pound cake
    • 2 (1 inch) cubes fresh peach or nectarine or 1 frozen unsweetened peach slice, thawed and halved
    • 1 teaspoon sugar-free caramel-flavor ice cream topping

Directions

  • 1 Alternately place pound cake cubes and peach cubes on a short skewer. Drizzle with ice cream topping.
  • Equipment: 1 short skewer
