Chocolate-Nut Crunch Yogurt

“Make breakfast a healthy treat by stirring your favorite nut butter (we like almond) into plain yogurt, then adding dried cherries and dark chocolate chips. A crumbled sesame rice cake adds crunch to this quick and easy breakfast or snack.”

Ingredients

    • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon nut butter, such as almond
    • 1 tablespoon dried cherries
    • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
    • 1 sesame rice cake, crumbled

Directions

  • 1 Combine yogurt, nut butter, cherries and chocolate in a small bowl or jar. Sprinkle with crumbled rice cake.
