  • ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or ½ teaspoon dried, plus a sprig for garnish

  1. Stir together cucumber, yogurt, mayonnaise, and dill in a small bowl. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes or until ready to serve. If desired, garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
