½ of a (6 ounce) package pizza-style Canadian bacon or thinly sliced, cooked turkey pepperoni
1½ cups thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded reduced-fat 4-cheese Italian blend cheese or mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper. Roll bread dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12½-inch circle. Transfer the dough circle to the prepared pan; build up the edges. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over the hot crust. Top with Canadian bacon (or pepperoni) and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edge of the crust is browned. Sprinkle with parsley.
