Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper. Roll bread dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12 1/2-inch circle. Transfer the dough circle to the prepared pan; build up the edges. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over the hot crust. Top with Canadian bacon (or pepperoni) and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese.
