Pita Crisps with Strawberry Spread

    • 1 large pita bread round
    • Cooking spray
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ of an (8 ounce) tub ( ¼ cup) light cream cheese spread with strawberries
    • ¼ teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
    • 1 teaspoon orange juice
    • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries


  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside..
  • 2 Split pita bread in half horizontally. Lightly coat the cut side of each pita bread half with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut each pita half into six wedges. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp. If desired, store the pita crisps in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
