Skip the fast-food take-out sandwich and pack your own the next time you're in a hurry! This scrumptious cheesy breakfast sandwich mixes savory turkey sausage with sweet chutney and takes just minutes to make.

  • 2 light multi-grain English muffins
  • 2 frozen cooked turkey sausage patties
  • 2 ( ½ ounce) slices reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 teaspoons mango chutney or low-sugar orange marmalade

  1. Split and toast the English muffins. Meanwhile, microwave frozen sausage patties according to package directions.
  2. While toasted muffins are warm, place a cheese slice on each English muffin bottom. Top cheese with a sausage patty, chutney (or marmalade), and English muffin tops.
